Health Checks

Introduction

Health Checks will allow you to specify different ailments that you may want to capture the data for, e.g. Covid, Flu, etc. You can also define the specific test types and results for each ailment.

Step-by-step Guide

To add a new ailment:

  1. Enter the name you wish to give the field

  2. Click the Create icon ('+') at the right hand side of the page

  3. Once added, you must define the test(s) that may be carried out, by clicking the Tests button to the right hand side

    1. Example: LFT, PCR, etc

 

Tests:

Once different types of tests are added, you must enter the results that may apply and whether you wish to be notified or not.

Once the Health Check options are defined, you can assign these to the employee’s record via the Personal Details tab, provided you have permission to do so, via Employee > Search > Personal Details.

 

Reports:

We have a standard Covid Tests & Covid Vaccination fields to allow you to report on and extract this information from the system if required.
